Returns Policy: Return items to ANALCHEM only by prior authorization if purchased directly. If you purchased the product from one of our authorized distributors, you must contact the distributor to arrange for return.
General Warranty: All products manufactured by ANALCHEM are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of the shipment. ANALCHEM will replace any items that prove to be defective during this time period.
End users must first advise ANALCHEM of the defective product by phone or in writing and defective product must be returned within 30 days after proper approval. All returns must indicate the purchase order number, the lot numbers and the shipping date.
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse.
