ANALCHEM SPE EXTRACTION COLUMNS
ANALCHEM columns offer a variety of high-quality bonded silica support. Its unique range of nonpolar, polar, and ion exchange silica support provides high recovery and high purity of isolates. There are three different column configurations as described below (see Figure 1):
ANALCHEM SPE Standard Column
The ANALCHEM Standard Column is a straight wall syringe barrel tube with open barrel configuration on the top and Luer tip at the bottom. It is made of a high-quality medical grade polypropylene tube and polyethylene frit that have been washed and dried prior to sorbent filling to remove and wash away any interferences.
High-Capacity Column
These columns are good for extracting analytes from food or soil which may require more sorbent due to a high concentration of extractables in the above samples. These columns can also be used as the initial concentration step for extracting trace amount of analytes from large volume of liquids.
